Float valve tray is consist of float valve and column plate, it is provided with a plurality of circular or rectangular valve
hole, each valve hole is equipped with a valve slice floating up and down to control vapor flow. It is widely used in atmospheric and vacuum units of petroleum, gas fraction, hydrogenation, coking, PX plant, aromatic extraction and methanol plan. Float valve tray can provide a higher efficiency over a wider operating range than sieve trays.
