Polypropylene Plastic Intalox Supper Saddles ring plastic random tower packing

Plastic Super Saddle Ring also known as Plastic Super Intalox Saddle, it was one improved ring based on intalox ring's structure. The biggest improvement is that intalox saddle's arc profile has changed wavy or jagged profile. Meanwhile, increase some pores in the arc liquid channel's middle position. This adjustment is not only increasing packing contacting gap, but also improve gas & liquid movement and distribution in packed layer. They are available for stripping, absorbing and washing and the application temperature in media ranges from 60 to 150 °C. They are widely used in the packing towers in petroleum, chemical, alkali chloride, coal gas industries and environmental protection industries.
