Introduce:

Ceramic Pall Ring can resist high temperature, acid ( except HF ), alkali, salt and various organic solvents. It is widely applied in various packing towers of desiccation, absorption, cooling, washing and regeneration in industries of petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, gas and oxygen generation.

Ceramic pall rings are executed with side openings which improves the separation efficiency and thus facilitate a more effective mass transfer.

The opened cylinder walls and inward bent protrusions of the Pall Ring allow greater capacity and lower pressure drop than standard cylindrical rings. This open ring design also maintains an even distribution and resists wall-channeling tendencies.

The interior and exterior contacting surfaces of the Pall ring provide for an effective distribution of liquids and gasses and resist plugging, fouling and nesting.
 

Typical Application:
a) Have excellent acid resistance and heat resistance.
b) It can resist to corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid.
c) Used in high or low temperature conditions.
